Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Malaysia. Everything was perfect and the hotel’s facilities were impeccable. Both pools had incredible view. Cleaning was everyday and they always provided toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Security downstairs was amazing, they were very nice and amicable and would always open the doors for us. The hotel is so close to the centre and our room had a view of the Petronas tower, it was simply stunning. If we ever come back to KL, star suites klcc will definitely be our first choice. I thank the staff for everything and for making our holiday so special.

Very basic but clean and staff were great. Cycling around the world so appreciated laundromat next door. 10 minute bike ride to restaurants.

Overpriced budget hotel
I would classify this as a budget hotel. The amenities, room, cleanliness, comfort are all budget standard. The room we were in (with King bed) was so small. Plus, during our stay, the building lost electricity a few times (during the night as well). This was an inconvenient esp when you're travelling ...
