This place was quiet, exceptionally clean, good shower pressure and (with the whole town) provided the sense of safety that was needed. Check in a simple phone call with no hassle as well. “I liked the location. However, I was surprised to find a molding pot pie left in the oven! I was grossed out about black mold on the shower door. The bathroom wall was stained from water damage. The paint was cracked and peeling. There were cob webs in the bedroom. The window screen was ripped. Last, the entry door did not latch shut. Using the key for the door knob was a joke.
