“Lobster Bay was the last stop on our holiday in Lombok. It was the most beautiful place we stayed on the island. Everything was above and beyond expectations. “The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

“This place is a little deceiving. Photos are a lot better than the place is. - The huts are on the side of the road and the road noise is very loud. Even when inside the cabin its very noisy and thin windows. - The place is clean. - Bathroom is small. - There is no good balcony furniture. - Alot of light comes in the room, in the morning.
