"The room and hotel generally were great. Two main issues. 1. There is no elevator and consequently carrying heavy bags for a 76 year old was extremely hard work. I wouldn’t be so surprised if an elderly guest had a heart attack. The hotel should make it clear when booking and try and allocate ground ..."
