“Room service didn’t knock on my door and open the door without any notice. My checkout time was at 11 and they opened my door around 8/9.”

“This property was very run down. All the furniture was in desperate need of replacing. Strong bleach smell when we arrived. Red flag. Trash all over the room and an empty food container left tucked under our bed with old food still in it. Talked to the GM but he did not offer a discount or refund, he just simply asked if I wanted to stay or not. Would not recommend.”

“The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went...

“Oh my God this weekend began with a wsrm welcoming smile from the manager Jeanine. The room smelled cleaned, linens clean and aroma within tge room gave it a classy aroma, which i loved. The breakfast was amazing with more than enough options that were fresh and ready to serve. The staff were all on the A game and ready to accomodate.
