“Upon arrival the staff at the reception was discussing some other person instead of attending to checking me in. They had to be redirected to their job in order for them to pay me any attention. The room I was given turned out to have ants on the bed. Thankfully I got moved into a different room by one of the more responsible and attentive staff members. Scam!The manager told me there's no room for me in their hotel for after I showed my receipt and hotel reservations to him he said he didn't get no notification from hotels.com he got very aggressive with me over the phone and asked me to leave and payment has been made through the hotels.com app prior to that the location on the app is not accurate to where the hotel is the location takes you to an unknown place.its a setup to rip people off their hard earned money...
