“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

I had the worst reflexology- pretty much it was just spreading the oil on my feet. Only Angel is worth booking. ”

“Very happy with the hotel, this is our 3rd stay. Promptly accommodated my requests. Cleaning and fresh towels (if you wanted) every day, good spa and pool, food was ok, would definitely return. No film channel in English was the only negative.”

“Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! ”

“A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.”

“basic but okay for the price. stayed for 3 nights 2nd day after skiing came back to find our items had been moved around. it appeared our clothing in the wardrobe had moved. both passports where in my husbands jeans on a shelf in the wardrobe came back the room my passport was on the desk and my husbands was underneath the wardrobe right at the back - really dont know what went on in our room. on leaving - hotel tried to make out we hadnt paid! saying hotels.com paid on departure. still didnt...

“Bell’albergo, posizione ottima, ma il personale andrebbe riformato o cambiato - niente inglese, scortesia. Al ristorante punto DOLENTE. Cibo senza indicazioni di ingredienti - io intollerante al lattosio e vegetariana non capivo che cosa fossero i piatti, alla domanda cosa fosse - mi ricevevo un “Non lo so”. Al ristorante ci hanno trattato diverse volte come persone non grate o come se volessimo scappare. Niente saluto al ricevimento, neanche ricambiato. 5 stelle indicato è solo per bellezza”
