“Zimmer war leider zu klein, der Kühlschrank sehr laut und die Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Essen und das freundliche Personal. Insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht gepasst.”

“Our stay at Xanadu Hotel in Belek was okay overall. The food was good, with a decent variety and good quality throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the language barrier. We found it very difficult to find basic English-speaking staff, which made it a struggle whenever we needed help or had questions. The rooms and facilities were quite basic, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice stay.”

“Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed.”

“All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...
