“The garden smelled so good and we loved the plants and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The downside is the bedding was a sheet and thin blanket and another sheet. There was no comforter. We were freezing!!! The heater works well but sucks oxygen out of the air would have been nice to have a normal blanket. Never had this situation at a hotel before. The other thing was the breakfast offered was mostly cerial, bread, fruit, there was bacon but it wasn’t like anything I seen before paper...

“Good hotel, but I will say that depending on who was at the front desk, the service or urgency of requests did lack. Not something that I blame them for, mainly because it was the weekend and was busy. The gentleman who works nights was awesome though - had a great convo with him around real estate and he was always engaged with visitors. Room was pretty small, but definitely in great shape and a modern look. For the price though, I may look somewhere else but fortunately I was able to take...

“Check in was fine. Didn't catch the additional parking fee on the website. Staff was helpful in navigating that all. We stayed in room 156 and the internet could not support streaming. The front desk offered us the pw for the conference ctr which we appreciated. Ordered bf via the website for $20/day, did not realize that most items on the bf menu were $10-16 so lost some $ there. Customer service was slow on Saturday but Sunday was ok. The food, was not that great. Ordered avocado toast that...

““Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha”

“I loved the room and found it to be clean. My problem was with the shower. I let the front desk know that when I pulled up on the faucet lever for the water to go into the shower head, it would only get less than half of the water that was coming out of the faucet up into the shower, the rest of the strong water flow kept coming out of the faucet and also it didn’t drain so I was standing in three inches of water the whole shower. “When I got to my room on the 3rd floor, I immediately noticed the odd smell coming from the hallway, essentially a musty, dirty, almost BO type smell. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, as there were obvious spill stains on the carpet running the entire floor. Additionally, when I went to my car, there was a broken beer bottle on the ground surrounding my car.
