“Helpful and flexible with uncertainty over bookings, and the accommodation was at least satisfactory in general... but there was drastically inadequate parking for a full hostel, and we were not given all the necessary info about how to gain access to the buildings ! ( a helpful resident who happened to be up late saved us from standing outside in the cold and dark. Make sure the person on the desk not only gives over the FULL keypad entry number...but also HOW to access the key pad in order...

“The hotel and lake setting is beautiful. The spa is too expensive when you are limited to only two hours when it is extremely quiet.”

“Wonderful overnight stay with our springer spaniel . Lovely clean and spacious dog friendly room in the Annex with a fabulous view . Set in wonderful grounds with lovely outdoor areas and enjoyed a great circular walk down to the river. All staff were so friendly and the steak for the evening meal was cooked perfectly as was the very generous breakfast . Definitely be back”

“I and the wife spend a weekend away for out anniversary to walk around some of lovely Yorkshire. The staff at the Gamekeepers are incredible proud of their establishment, they were always kind courteous and helpful. Special compliments for Dan, he was always helpful communitive and friendly. Boiler water very low topped up nothing. Hottub cold was 29°. We went through welcome pack no owner details, no heating details, hottub details 3 pages of, do's & don't's, main detail for hottub was DONT TOUCH TEMP BUTTONS. The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again .
