“All the pros: 1. Very clean, fresh-smelling room! 2. There was a printed-out TV channel guide in the room, which is something I see less and less of, so it was appreciated and made finding cartoons a breeze. 3. When we needed extra towels, the staff was friendly and quick getting them to us. 4. The elevators are glass, so you can see the mountains as you ride! 5. Very convenient location right on the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge closer to the Sevierville end, but it's situated a bit off the road,...

“This was a great hotel for us! We had connecting rooms with our teens and dogs. Zee was super helpful and kind at check in. The hotel smelled clean, rooms had been updated (except the tubs). The waffles were delicious. We would absolutely stay here again!”
