River View è una bella capanna di tronchi di 3 piani, spaziosa con dieci posti letto che si affaccia sul fiume Little Pigeon e vicino a molte attrazioni tra cui la comunità delle arti e dei mestieri di Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood e Splash Country.

All'arrivo, troverete un ampio parcheggio, una rampa che conduce all'ingresso e un ponte avvolgente che si affaccia sia sul fiume che sulla splendida montagna.

La zona giorno a doppio volume con soffitti a volta, finestre della cattedrale e pavimenti in legno dispone di un divano letto in pelle scamosciata color tortora, divano a due posti, tavolino da caffè, due tavolini, TV via cavo da 32 pollici con lettore DVD e un elegante caminetto a gas piastrellato nero. La sala da pranzo contiene un enorme tavolo quadrato espandibile in legno marrone che può ospitare otto persone con due sedie extra al bar ad angolo per la colazione nella cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in marmo. Convenientemente situato accanto alla cucina è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size.

La camera da letto su questo livello è in moquette e contiene un rustico letto matrimoniale, un comò, un comodino, un grande armadio, una sedia di vimini imbottita e una TV da 17 pollici. In fondo al corridoio corto c'è un bagno piastrellato con vasca e doccia.

Esci sul ponte a questo livello per una vista incantevole sulle montagne. Il ponte contiene un'altalena indipendente con portico in tronchi, un tavolo da picnic rotondo con panchine e un sedile in legno con bilancieri coordinati.

La scala a chiocciola in ferro battuto è un soppalco con una bellissima vasca idromassaggio. A questo livello troverete la spaziosa camera da letto con letto king size, comodino abbinato e cassettone con specchio. Vi è una grande area salotto con poltroncina imbottita in vimini, sedia e tavolo imbottiti con camino a gas nell'angolo e TV da 19 pollici con lettore DVD. Questa camera dispone di bagno privato completo con doccia con posti a sedere integrati.

Al piano inferiore si trova una fantastica sala giochi con un tavolo da biliardo con piano per la conversione in ping pong, un tavolo da poker e air hockey. Siediti sul comodo divano letto o aliante con pouf per guardare un film o un gioco sulla TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici.

La terza camera ha un bellissimo letto king-size in legno rustico con una morbida trapunta in pelle scamosciata. Anche il comodino e il comò sono realizzati in legno rustico e troverete un'area salotto con tavolo per godersi la TV da 27 pollici con lettore DVD. Di fronte alla camera da letto c'è un ampio bagno con doccia e vasca.

Sul ponte a questo livello si trova la rilassante vasca idromassaggio con schermo per la privacy e due bilancieri.

Booked this short get away to celebrate 3 graduates. They are young teenagers, all brought their games to play on different tvs. NONE of the TVs worked, not even to WATCH tv. I texted the office early the morning after we arrived,i was asked what did it say on the TV and I responded no signal. A few hours later I asked what time someone would be coming,no response. We waited all day until we figured it was after hours and no none was coming so we went out in the evening and left the house. Upon our return at 730pm there was a man there working on the tvs.He had just arrived. He was there for 3 hours until we had to kindly ask him to leave because it was getting late and none of the tvs were working still up to our departure. There should be no reason a tech person is coming into the house when we have valuables laying around not expecting anyone. It is a shame he was working tirelessly while we were trying to enjoy our vacation which I could not because I sat there with him. He left and came back and worked on other tvs. We got tired and asked that he leave.The kids thought they'd be able to enjoy their time in the cabin playing games on all the tvs which never happened. When we first arrived we were told to check in to the office at a different location 20 mins away. After driving for hours from Georgia and thinking we'd have access to the house I had to call and hold to be told I had to drive again. The mgmt co. was not responsive at all, I sent a VRBO message no reply

Check in was a breeze. They called with key code and we went straight to cabin. Cabin is ab 15 mins to town and roads in the summer were good, though the driveway in the winter or with any snow or ice I'm not sure how you would be able to get to it as it is very steep. New decking is very nice but slippery so beware when walking in with heavy luggage. Cabin is not as private as what pics showed. We could talk with the neighbor on his porch while we were in the hot tub. Speaking of, the cover was about to fall apart, so much that my teenager would not open it because he was scared to break it as there is a sign that says if you do break it you will be fined $375. The view is what you see in the pics IF you can make it up the spiral stairs. The view would be better with cleaned windows. You do get some view from each floor. The cabin itself is great but it could use a DEEP cleaning. There was dust in most everywhere, some of the kitchen cabinets were even sealed closed with dust. Kitchen-very functional but if you like to cook or plan to cook, bring your own pots and pans with cooking utensils. I happened to bring my own frying pan because I knew I was cooking pancakes, I should have brought more. I tried to use some of the pans but ended up using mine for everything we cooked. Bring your own if a big deal to you or you plan to cook. The master is awesome the one time I ventured up the spiral stairs to see it, we had to give it to the kids. This was not bad though being each floor has its own full bath. We went with 2 couples and and extra teenager so 5 ppl total. We had plenty of room and it worked out that my oldest and her fiancé had the 3rd floor and we got the main layer with a full bath. My teenage soon got the bottom level with king bed and full bath. I couldn't imagine 10 ppl staying comfortably as 4 ppl would have to sleep on the pull outs (one on main floor and one in the game room) which I think would limit the cabin as each floor is so open. Each bed/mattress were nice and, with plenty of pillows. Each pull out had a small throw cover. Game room- NEEDS updating but got the job done. Air hockey table was broken but if you figured it out was playable. Pool table needs refinishing and new sticks. Don't go banking on a good adult game of pool but it would be fine with kids or someone that doesn't play. It needs a fridge! The stairs are steep to go up with each refill. Decks are amazing with river sounds. Wish one was covered

I’m glad I stayed away from Gatlinburg area. It was only 25 minutes drive from where I stayed. It was clean and it was easy to communicate with the property management crew. I highly recommend people to stay at one of this property. This property is close to everything you can aske for.

Overall good experience. Beautiful accommodations. However AC went out and took 5 days to fix. Then day of departure I couldn’t reach the office. A little bit of a drive from all the attractions and activities.

Smooth in and out which is important when you’re on vacation. 20 minutes to anything you’d like to do in the big 3 cities but still in the country area for peace and quiet when in.
