Appartamenti a Sevrier

“The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. Really yummy and convenient. Overall a great choice in Annecy”

“Bien placé avec accès rapide au centre ville. Confortable et bien équipé. On reviendra.”

“I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. ”

“Eris, our host was very attentive. He was very patient when our bus was delayed a few times. He also gave us some great breakfast places to eat in town. The property was so centrally located to everything we needed. It is close to a bike rental place, the lake and downtown Annecy, where we spent a lot of time. Great location! The apartment is simple and clean. The balcony was wonderful and spacious. It also has a rack to dry your laundry, which you will need. They have a washer but no dryer....

“Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay.”

“Rapport qualité prix plus que correct, appartement très bien placé, rien à dire.”

“The apartment was great - clean, with everything you need. Location was excellent and close to restaurants and shops. The Old Town was beautiful. ”

“We hebben genoten van het appartement (waar alles aanwezig was met en prahtig balkon) maar meer nog van de mooie omgeving en natuur. De rust maar ook de leuke rondtour per fiets om het Meer van Annecy! Tevens een tandemvlucht paragliding gedaan boven het meer, een aanrader!”

“On a adoré”

“The location is excellent but be aware that with windows open (no aircon) the street noise at night is extreme - bars, refuse collection, market setting up, street cleaning. The flat is ideal for 2 but would be a squash for 4.We didnt spend much time in the flat but had a wonderful stay in Annecy.”

“Drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. Had to use kitchen sink. Drain in the shower was so slow after a 1 minute shower water pours from drain pan all over the bathroom floor. One small of toilet paper was supplied. No shower soap supplied. I notified property manager about the sink. No one ever showed up to fix it. La Conciergerie du Lac was the property manager. Stay away from their properties”
