“Privacy”

“Since this hotel seems to be designed for potential long-term staying there wasn’t really a real comfortable place to sit. The couch is fine but it needs a nice comfortable chair like a recliner that You can lean back and have your feet up.”

“Property was under construction, but what was done was nice. There was a lacrosse team that was staying there and the children were very rowdy during the stay and at the pool maybe some stricter rules on parents watch in their children.”

“Breakfast was a joke - only coffee and hot water, no juice or fruit. Oatmeal and prepackaged sweets do not make a breakfast. Accessible room had a tub. This was not handicapped accessible. No blow dryer. No coffee pot or any utensils. TV was located in front of one bed. Hard to access from the rest of the room. Remote was difficult to use. No comfortable chair, table or light near chair for reading, etc.”

“The bathroom in our room was awful. The tile was broken, toilet was loose and the shower had mold. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily. It was not. Tried to phone the front desk, the phone didn't work. Had to go down and talk with the front desk. They didn't really care and gave us towels.”

I had to pick up a courtesy phone to say I was there for check-in, then someone came out to the desk. There was nothing special about staff courtesy I was checked in and given a room key. “The hotel is very clean and the room we stayed in was comfortable. The staff at check in were super nice and informative. Check in was fast and easy. The location is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and major highways. We would stay at this location again. Highly recommend this hotel for a short or long stay!”

“We were traveling with our dog and the staff at Spark were very welcoming. The breakfast had a nice selection and the breakfast room was kept very clean and well stocked. Our room was comfortable and clean but there were a couple of broken floor tiles in the bathroom and it appeared the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door had been pulled out (there was a hole in the door). The staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“Filthiest hotel I have ever encountered. I have asthma and allergies and could barely breathe in the room (musty, dusty air). Baseboards caked with dust and grime, yellow stains on pillow cases, sticky stains on walls and bed. We checked in and checked right out as I could feel my breathing starting to be affected right away.
