“Very enthusiastic owners and good breakfast, comfortable room. The area was too quiet and out of the way for me with limited parking in the area, but that's a personal preference.”

“The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. ”

“At the busy time of day when the majority of guest eat, the staff still cooe and keep an eye on what needs replenishing with the hot breakfast.”

“Smelly. It's nothing like a 3 star hotel. I went for an interview next day and all my clothes were smelly and floor never cleaned and the shower overflow. Please don't book this even for free. Not worth it. Disgusting”
