“Maybe the most pleasant and helpful staff we've encountered, both at the front desk and the housekeeping people. Great location (except for the current construction), spacious and comfortable room. Underground parking is a bit interesting to get into, as the alley is quite busy, and the garage is, as underground parking usually is, a bit cramped. “Hotel is in transition phase and not quite the same as other Coast hotels yet. I hope they keep breakfast included in rates, it’s so convenient and it was great selections. Pool is a good size, though hottub was drained at the time we went to use it. It’s an interesting layout since it’s on the 2nd floor and the hotel is open concept so you can kind of hear it from your room. It shuts down at 9pm though. Underground parking is worth it. “the room was spacious with microwave and fridge in room. Bathroom was very clean and everything functioned well. Wish there were grab bars in the shower. Also, the hotel implemented cleaning every other day. On the non-cleaning day, it's hard to get request filled, such as getting extra tissues. Very centrally located and is two blocks from the Bow River.”

“The room was very clean and parking although on the street was easily available and safe. It is a very beautiful heritage building with lots of character and extremely friendly staff. The food was excellent and the ambiance of the dining room and patio were very relaxing. The location was beautiful and central to what we required. The park across the street was a bonus.”

“I have never experienced such a warm welcome. The couple who run the Inn are fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. They were good enough to provide me a complimentary breakfast. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy. The owner has created a spectacular environment with wooden floors, panelling and cabinetry that he made himself. They were able to provide me with secure parking for my motorcycle and they also allowed me to leave one of my suitcases at their premises for a week...

“The front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool was smaller. My son loved the waterside but my toddler daughter had a tough time playing in the pool as it was so full and splashy.”
