“Housekeeping not good not good service in room I take showers water coming out side the washroom and I told to 4 to 5 time but no one clean room and asked for change towels until 11pm no one changed towels and no one give toothbrush recitation staff and bell boy and door guard good work ”

“These are studio apartment rented out. It's a shame hotel.Com is listing such property.it should be black listed and I should get a refund. No ac working in common areas / need room.. Room changes, refrigerator not working in new room. From 1030 pm till midnight no water in bathroom. No one other than security at reception to address the situation. Food quality very poor, I don't think this property is worth more than 1500/night. Plastic spoon and bowls in dining area. Thrash around...

“Great location and views, but some compromises. The resort is peaceful and serene with direct balcony views of hills and lake. It’s quite remote with nothing much nearby, and reaching the property takes longer than expected due to extremely bad roads (a 2 min drive takes about 7-8 mins). Rooms (Belvedere) are spacious with big balconies but overall condition is just okay—lots of patchwork, and TVs didn’t work. Staff and service are good. Food tastes great but caused stomach issues for everyone...
