“Not even a lamp in room”

“The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

“Very clean hotel with attentive staff. Parking was a bit tight, but okay. All rooms seemed to be on the 2nd and 3rd floors with the reception desk and breakfast area on the first floor. Beds were comfortable, linens nice. Rooms had carpet.”

“Overall a nice property. Very clean and comfortable. When I walked in, I told the clerk I had a reservation. No welcome or hello just I need your driver’s license and a credit card. Felt like I was checking in at a doctor’s office.”

“The room was clean 👌, but the hot water was between warm and hot and not much pressure on the shower head. The front desk guy is not very friendly. But overall it was good for the price”

“The room looked clean, but the beds where horrible, they had nothing left inside the mattresses. I had a cockroach run from under the desk when I moved the chair. Overall I don't know how this place is still in business. It should be illegal. My family and I didnt even end up staying there. We found a much much safer, cleaner Hotel few miles down the road at the same price.”

“The bar was the best thing about the stay. The bar tender was very nice. Although the older lady working at the front desk was very rude at check in and through out my stay with them. I asked and paid for a king room with a kitchenette but she rudely gave me a standard king room. I will never stay there again!”

“After an impromptu decision to visit our youngest at Tech, we booked a room at The Ashmore Inn and Suites in Lubbock for the holiday weekend. We’ve stayed there, as well as many other Lubbock hotels over the last 30 years. Ashmore has never been anything fancy or fantastic, but clean, safe and reliable. This visit was horrible. The hotel is under construction, with various parts of the hotel littered with random trash and projects. The halls and stairways are filthy. Check in wasn’t friendly &...

“It was located acroos the cross the street from a nice Cafe and a convince store. It was easy to find..the room was very clean everyone there was nice and polite. I would stay there again”
