“Didn't eat breakfast ”

“Everything is good, except there is a cockroach in my bathroom.”

“Two key points while my stay. 1. Room was smelling due to carpet i guess. Bryan was nice to change the room. But still carpet need to be replaced. Its too dirty. 2. We stayed two nights ( wed and thurss) and buffet breakfast was same . Both days scrambled eggs, meat was changed. 3. Staff us professional 4. At around 3:30am both days room service phone was ringing. Wiered.”

“Everything was durty, when we got to our rooms, bed had blood stains in it, same as the floor, seems like they havent washed the carpet in decades, I asked to be chaged of room, didnt make any difference because it was the same story, roaches in the bathroom, open patches in the walls. Just a terrible experience, on top of that they asked for DEPOSIT, not sure for what, that building is crumbling bybthe minute.”

“Parking lot was not secure at all, and was full of damaged property. The floor on the elevator was broken, along with some of the buttons in the elevator. The entire hotel stunk. Carpet everywhere was dirty and dingey. Vanity lights would NOT turn off, so I had to unscrew the bulbs. Roaches. Found a "pipe" in the drawer underneath the TV. Literally checked out early to book into another hotel nearby. I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, especially this scathing, but this place...

“Breakfast was poor and it could last little longer like until 10am. It ends at 9 am.”

“Receptionist was rude when i asked about my rooms air conditioning not working. Very dismissive and didn't seem to care about my dilemma. Sad considering how much i spent and that i was a returning customer. ”

“The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff...

“When going to the garage it would be helpful to know when the floors stopped someone to keep going up and up could hit the wall. The parking and getting in and out is difficult. The parking would be my biggest issue but the rooms were clean and comfortable.”

“Horrible smell as soon as we walked into the room, tub was not fully clean, and the breakfast was old and cold.”
