“Has an amazing time at this hotel. Everything was exquisite and exceeded expectations. Got a room upgrade and the large room with full on ocean view was incredible. Large balcony beautifully furnished. Gorgeous room with sitting space and the bathroom has the most fabulous bathtub. Separate walk in shower, WC and double vanity in a large space was really a standout. Even better than the four seasons hotels we have stayed at. “We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Great location with a trolley stop in front and an easy walk across the street to the beach. Also next door is a convenient shopping center with restaurants, coffee shop, nail salon and massage place! Our kids loved the pool and the evening cookies. Breakfast was great too! ”

"GOODs:
The location is super, very close to Crescent Beach. The room is very clean. Free parking in the property.
BADs:
We arrived at 9:15pm and found the lobby already closed, even if the sign on the door reported "opening hours from 8am to 10pm". A person was actually inside the lobby but there was no ringbell at the door, so we had to pay for an international call to wake him up! (as the given phone number was not registered in WhatsApp).
Once in the room, we discovered that both the TV and WiFi were not working but we were too tired to call someone and fix them."
