Hotel a Shawsville

“Place was clean, but in a medical facility kind of way. Also, woke up to no hot water. Front desk acknowledged no hot water in the kitchen either. Another said it must be that everyone was using hot water at once. I asked if showers by guests at 7:00 am on a weekday was not something they expected. Asked for a credit and the front desk took my number promising to call back. Never did. Emails unanswered. Seems as though this brand is independently owned and managed. I will stay away in...

I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. NO one is there for the breakfast area and there was no coffee made bc the front desk person had nit had time to make it. Absurd. “Everything was great. Just a quick stay while traveling. The only thing I’d like to see is more than two towels in bathroom. Women use one for their hair too so an extra one would be nice. Beds were comfy, breakfast was what you’d expect, quiet, clean and overall a great stay.”

“Wiped out after being in the hospital all day, the staff was great at making check out fast, convenient and coffee in the lobby was perfect! Room was everything we wanted, clean, spacious and the bed was heaven. Breakfast leaves nothing to want. Huge selection and the kitchen staff kept it clean and full the entire time.”
