“The property was conveniently located and surrounded by retail stores and dinner options. Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. However the room was disappointing. The kitchen and bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, not all electric outlets were working and the hair dryer was also not working…luckily I brought my own. Lack of attention to detailed cleaning as we found cobwebs near the air conditioner and under the lamp shades.”

“My only complaint was there were 2 washcloths for 3 people. They would have given us one , I am sure. I didn't ask.”

“This hotel was cute! It could use some basic updating in the rooms, extra pillows and better lighting. Upgrades to the bedsheets and such. But the pool and hot tub area was excellent our kids loved it. The breakfast set up was fine, it was individually packed muffins, donuts, granola bars, juices, etc which worked for us needing to eat and run. Its a privately owned hotel and while it could use some upgrades it worked great for us.”

“The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep. The elevator was sounded like it was going to break. Dog poop every where. We had to leave early and get another hotel room somewhere else. It’s the absolute worst place ever and I’m going to have to report it unless I can get accommodation for my expenses. At least for the cost of the hotel room staying there”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. When we arrived, the entire hotel had a strong odor of marijuana. Our first set of room keys didn't work, so we had to return to the front desk to have them reprogrammed before we could even enter our room. Once inside, we discovered that we had been given a room with one king bed, even though our reservation was for two double beds to accommodate three adults. As we were leaving the room to notify the front desk about the incorrect room...

“The staff was nice & location was great. What I didn’t like was that they don’t clean your room. Kids in a room for 3 nights get dirty. I need a broom & cleaner to do it myself if no one comes in. I asked for towels & was just brought one set. We ended up bringing pool towels to our room.”

“Our room was clean and spacious. We rented the “Gather” which is a little suite with two rooms with king beds, and 1 1/2 bath. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a window air conditioner that you can operate at your comfort level. There is a bar that is self serve 24/7 where you can get spring, or bubbly water and home baked snacks. It was a 20 min walk to the church street marketplace where there are many restaurants and shops to experience, and an additional 10 min walk took you...

We returned approx 5pm and our room was not cleaned; ok we don't care about the bed and we're clean people anyway but our wet towels were still i the bath tub. We reported it, no clean towels...great thing is, the pool provides towels so we just took a bunch from their. We get that people gets busy but we reported it at 5pm then again at 9pm...luckily the pool closes at 9. Sure hang things to dry; the BR has 1 hanger so when you add swim...
