“The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful.”

“Extremely clean and well kept up. Staff congenial and willing to extend my stay on a daily basis while I was visiting a very sick relative in hospital and wasn't sure of departure date. Room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Had tv but did not use. King bed very comfortable. Nice complimentary continental breakfast. Close to restaurants and shops. I minute from hospital. Have traveled the world and stayed many places. You won't beat Dutch Inn & Suites for quality and price.”

“The place was very dated, and had a very odd smell… like Windex and Chicken. I could deal with that, but starting at 10pm some homeboy decided to kick his bass up underneath my room window. That went almost all night. Not sure if it was an employee taking lots of smoke breaks or what, but I got little to no sleep. I also found hair all over the tub, so I didn’t use the shower. It made my drive the next day quite taxing.”

“This property was not as advertised. There was no breakfast provided and that was one of the reasons that we booked there. The space was there for breakfast but nothing. and when they asked at the front, she was not the kindest to them. The sheets were dirty. They slept on top of the sheets and comforters because of this and fear of bedbugs. They parked the truck near the window out of fear of a break in. I would not recommend this hotel. Frankly was surprised it had the Days...

“The lady who checked us in initially was nice. But after we checked in and went to the rooms we discovered that the rooms were moldy in and around the windows, and even the box springs for the beds, the mattresses were stained. The bedding had cigarette burns throughout, the bathroom was filthy, and there were burnt wall sockets. We decided we couldn’t stay because of the health hazards so we tried to talk to Staff, but no one was available at the front desk for over an hour. We walked around...
