“Horrible hotel”

“The hotel was terrific. We went to enjoy USA 250th celebration and fireworks. We arrived and the hotel staff showed me a plaque where I had been designated guest of the day and they gave us a free bottle of nice wine and free valet parking. The room was clean and plenty of space. Our first night we went to the rooftop bar and ate light with a burger and beers. On the 4th we took a walk on the streets in the morning, very clean and safe. “Stanza vecchiotta ma ben pulita, da fuori sembra uno stabile vecchiotto ma per passare qualche notte é un ottimo hotel, la cauzione è di 100$ ma il giorno dopo te li danno subito indietro Do un 4 stelle ”

“Water took forever to get hot in shower. Walls in pool area need deep cleaning. Coffee service in room needs to be replenished daily along with trash removal. In a dog friendly hotel would be nice to bring dog to pool area so we can all enjoy it together. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in lobby was very good. Breakfast available was OK for price.”

“There was no refrigerator in the room. When I went to pick up my car, I gave them the ticket. They lost the ticket and I waited for over 20 minutes to get my car. The room had no bottled water and I found out when I was leaving that bottle of water was served free to all rooms. It was a two bedroom room and one of the beds seem to have collapsed and never been fixed. Much lower than the other bed.”

“Topaia. Fatiscente, sporca, mal frequentata. In camera un odore di marcio. La colazione è inesistente, quel poco che c’è è meglio lasciarlo lì ed andare a fare colazione al Mac Donald vicino come abbiamo fatto noi. Il peggior posto dove siamo mai stati. Expedia dovrebbe evitare, per la propria reputazione, di inserire posti del genere e oltre tutto farli pagare come posti discreti. Le foto che si vedono sono fasulle ”
