“It was clean and easy to find/park. However the shower did not get warm even after letting it run. They had rules for cleaning like it was an Airbnb. Check out was at 10 am. ”

“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Element Hotel. Very clean, quiet, convenient location. We felt safe here and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room our family of 5 stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette. We would stay here again. ”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“The front desk host, Erica was truly amazing. She made us feel welcome, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Having the shuttle take us to the hospital and back was so convenient. ”

“I would not recommend this stay! Hotel is falling apart. The smoke detector was falling off the wall. The sheets had stains on them. The carpet had a huge hole in it, along with cigarette burns. The USB’s in the lamps didn’t work. The lampshades had tears and stains on them. The shower drain was filthy and had a huge crack at the back of the floor. The sink water actually got hotter than the water in the shower. We had to wait until 4:30 to check in because rooms were not ready. They were...

“Great location, clean room, but not much more.”

“When we got into our room we found the following issues: 1. Room smeeled like an ash tray, 2. Stains and paint peeling off the walls, 3. Stains on the bed spreads, 4. Poor repairs to the damaged walls and bathroom door, 5. We got 2 wash and hand towels and only 1 shower towel for 3 people, 6. The location is in a poor area of town. ”

“La struttura è vecchia e puzzolente con arredamenti terribili. La camera è maleodorante e con il condizionatore molto rumoroso. Unico vantaggio il parcheggio. Distante dal Gateway Arch circa 15 minuti a piedi ma decisamente non da scegliere.”
