“Very convenient and clean hotel”

“The parking structure is shared with other businesses, and only certain parking spots are designated for The West End guests. However, the staff did not provide any guidance about which floors the designated parking spots are located on. We were assigned to Room #216, which is next to the laundry room, even though other rooms appeared to be available. I could barely sleep all night because of the noise from the laundry room.”

“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The parking lot was covered and close to the entrance. This is a wonderful hotel, we will return anytime we are in the area.”
