“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“I've frequented this hotel several times when I travel to Ohio and have always enjoyed my stay. The front desk attendant was also kind enough to give me a bagel and coffee after breakfast had ended.
