Hotel a Sherman

“Just okay overall. Staff not friendly or inviting. I was told no real Easter celebration, such as Easter Egg hunt or Easter bunny for children, but then there was an Easter bunny. My grandchildren were excluded from The event or information was not accurate? I probably would not choose this hotel again. Certainly not the White Inn values from when I lived there with my children.”

“This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!”

“The breakfast had plenty of coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and juice. The eggs were dry and rubbery. The hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. 4 different pillow types made it easy to find some we like. The shower drain was clogged and backed up the water. The shower had shampoo and body wash, but the conditioner container was empty.”

“Breakfast was great and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good, but not great, perhaps the staff could be trained to look at the details and not the overall picture. An extra minute or two cleaning, goes a long way.”

“First room provided had hair in the tub, no hand soap or Kleenex. Front desk staff was very accommodating and provided a new room. Carpets and rooms a little dated but bed was comfortable. ”

“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”

“The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

“Absolute worst experience disgustinghair on all sheets stains on floor in cleaned rooms random apple sitting in room. Spaghetti sauce stains on walls. ”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...
