“THIS HOTEL IS PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN AND CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. DO NOT TRY TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION. I made a reservation for this location, but had to stay somewhere else after I arrived. I am having trouble getting my money back from this reservation and have contacted multiple agencies (the Hotel helpline, the booking AI helpline messaging, and travel insurance company). Contacting the news station will be my next step. ”
