“It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware.”

“We were not provided hand soap or tissues. We’ve been coming here for decades and over the last 5 years there seems to be less care taken. The rooms need a refresh. The elevators are scarred. Breakfast has fewer choices.”

“The stay was actually quite nice. The area is not the nicest but this hotel was probably the diamond in the rough. The rooms are clean. Linens were fresh. It was actually very nice. The only two complaints that I have were 1: no matter what you set the thermostat at it stayed at 71 and 2: there was a panhandler at 11 o’clock at night one night with a different sob story for everybody he walked up to. Again, other than that great stay. If I’m ever in the area, I will likely definitely stay here...
