“Very friendly staff, hassle-free internet connection with decent speed. Good breakfast, the cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good. Room is spacious enough, but the bathroom is cramped. The door is rather large and you need to maneuver around the WC. My room was on the ground floor facing the parking so not much privacy. Enjoyable walk to Manor Park. Bus (line 6) is right outside if you need to go downtown. Good bed, although the pillows are a bit too thick. Good restaurant but no...

“We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. Our room was quiet, had a very nice decor and modern appliances. The check-out was at 12 pm, and we really enjoyed that we could sleep a bit longer than the average 11 am check...

“I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know.”

There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value. “Hotel molto carino e pulito. Un po' più moderno rispetto agli standard inglesi d'arredamento alberghiero. I bagni presentano il solito problema inglese della mancanza di miscelatore nel lavandino, risulta quindi complicato lavarsi comodamente. Molto silenzioso, probabilmente perché ristrutturato bene e di recente. Il posto attorno all'hotel è bellissimo. ”
