“Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! ”
“The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location was usually just a 10 minute ride from the tourist places (except of course, rush hour). Close to a little shopping mall that had a CVS, Target, Panera, Best Buy so we could walk over and get the couple of things we forgot to pack.”
“Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante un viaggio a Boston e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La posizione è perfetta, proprio su Newbury Street, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e molto moderna: ho apprezzato tantissimo la domotica, che permette di controllare tutta la camera tramite un iPad mini fornito dall’hotel – un tocco tecnologico davvero comodo!

“The place way amazing! We went there to stay when we say the Red Sox win angst the A’s! Such an amazing hotel and the staff were wonderful especially the valet attendant on the day shift of the 18th he was so helpful with telling us how to get a pedicab and making sure we had one and it was safe! The room was beautiful and so quiet! Thank you for such an amazing time. We have never really stayed at Marriott hotels before but we definitely will start now!! Thank you again for such a lovely time!...

“La camera quadrupla era spaziosa, c’era anche un tavolino dove poter fare colazione grazie anche alla presenza di una macchinetta del caffè con tutto l’occorrente per poterla utilizzare. Unico neo bagno un po’ vecchiotto e non proprio pulitissimo! ”

“Mixed feelings about the structure. At arrival we got the room we paid for, it had several problems with lights in the room. The staff was nice and they upgraded us to a much better room, that was amazing at the top floors. But a free upgrade is of course not guaranteed and I need to review what we paid for, that would be a 3 stars. Position and surrounding of the hotel are really good. ”
“We enjoyed our stay at the Chester, the room was clean and decorated beautifully so it felt like a home rather than a hotel room. I’d highly recommend the restaurant right next door, Mida, but make a reservation. If you need quiet this isn’t the place for you as it’s near a busy intersection so there are frequent sirens and car noise but we got used to it and the positives definitely outweighed the negative! ”

"Hotel molto bello in ottima posizione per visitare Boston. Camere molto ampie comode e silenziose con meravigliosa vista sul porto e la città. Comodo anche il parcheggio anche se un po' caro come del resto tutti i parcheggi a Boston. Da elogiare il personale alle reception veramente simpatico disponibile e professionale Unica cosa non ottimale è il bagno forse da rinnovare anche se molto ampio."
