“We had to change our room three times! Two of them smelled of smoke. One room didn't have the lights working. Internet was disconnecting so often and the breakfast was horrible! I am sorry to say that but if you travel with your family you can't accept so poor conditions... At the desk the young lady was anyway ok giving us the chance to change rooms but she seemed habit to do so...”

“It looked like the lobby had been cleared out of everything but a few pieces of furniture. The ice maker was broken and the staff pointed in a direction to tell me where the pool was because the ice maker by itself worked. The outlets in my room didn’t work so everything that I put to charge over night didn’t charge. The carpet was stained, and since I had my dog, I didn’t want any charges for cleaning because my dog didn’t mess in the room at all. The door to all the rooms looked like they...

“Room needs some updates but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice and area was clean. Overall a nice stay. It's just an older property and in need of updates to freshen things up.”

“It's an older hotel, and it's not perfect, but it was well kept, and the staff was very helpful. The beds were comfortable but not luxurious, and I slept just fine. There isn't much for breakfast, but several places are close by. If you need a place to stay in North Vernon, I think it's the only choice and sure beats driving to Seymour. It has a pool, it looked nice, but I did not get in it. There is only one washer and dryer, and they worked just fine for me.”
