“Most of the room was good w.o issues. The shower was very upsetting. The roles were very old , and patched and stained. I couid not tell if the shower was dirty or old. I honestly wore my flip flops in because I did not want my touch the floor with my feet. The bathroom sink area near the hair dryer had a softspot. The floor was very soft there. “My biggest requirements with a stay are that it is clean and safe. This property is definitely in a safe place, came home late at night, Felt safe. It is reasonably clean, but everything is old, sheets are old and kind of yellowed, on inside out. This is not a luxury stay by any means. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space.”

“I stayed there a week. My only complaint is a massive one. The cleaning staff did not enter my room once to change out my garbage can bins, or change out my towels. I shouldn't have to contact the front desk for new towels or change out my trash bins. Mind boggling. It is obvious they are cutting corners in paying thr cleaning staff or they need to learn, this isn't India. It is the United States of America.”

Took hours of our time and a manager to not be charged for the entire stay initially booked. I have never had a problem checking out early at any other hotel before. Breakfast was scary.
