“The rooms were decent size and beds comfortable. The breakfast was terrible and not very many options. The housekeeping was lacking - didn't take / replace towels or empty shower gels/shampoos. Room keys kept disabling not letting us in the bldg or our room. The pool was small and freezing cold - couldn't use. The outside patio furniture was broken and filthy. It was an awful experience and would not recommend or ever stay here again. It was a very expensive and disappointing...

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“The outside window on the 1st floor did not lock! The toilet was covered with dried urine, the walls were dusty like dust balls clearly visible, also there was stuff spilled on the wall right at the door, the furniture has seen better days, the shower was backing up and had mold all over the caulking. This was the worst stay of my life.”

“Meeting expectations: comfortable beds, clean linens and ok breakfast. Disappointing: Facility is neglected and needs significant maintenance, no towels in gym, no water in dispenser, dirty walls, floors, and facilities. Room safe were disabled. Bathroom fans didn’t work. Worst part: When we checked in, we were told the keycard machine was broken, so one of the hotel employees had to open the room doors with master keys. No ID checks as people come and went during the day!”

“Very clean ample room, and very comfortable bed. Didn’t use the pool and gym because it was a one night stay but they looked OK. Breakfast was very basic but it was sufficient. I would recommend and stay again.”
