“Very nice rooms with good upkeep to feel comfortable staying in. Good amenities such as gym, pool, continental breakfast but they only have cereal, yogurt, muffins and bagels. Other than an underwhelming breakfast, the rest of the experience is well worth the ticket.”

“Location is very good, walking distance to Destin beach (most private) and short driving distance from beautiful Norriego Point (few parking spots) and Henderson State Park($6 admission fee and plenty of parking and no, no BS of private beaches). Breakfast is ok for few days, the breakfast area gets really packed during season but the hotel make extra effort to replenish item timely. I did notice their effort, I saw people eating 7-8 eggs alone, 3-4 waffles piled up, not sure why people do that,...

“This hotel was dirty, room was extremely small and old with a dingy looking bed. The parking lot had many old looking vehicles with men hangung out in the parking area. The hotel was located off the main road in a corner section with little safety night lights. The hotel condition was extremely poor, Do Not Book!!!!”

“Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.”

“I reached out with a text to property manager and he responded that day to ask me about the sink and then I texted him with all of the stuff I found wrong with the location. He said he was sending someone and never did.”

“Clean room staff's wonderful outdoor and indoor pools great, the balcony was excellent but needs to change the rubber that attached to the door.”

“The front desk was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean but I did have to get them to come and put cleaner sheets on the bed upon initial inspection but they knocked this out quickly.”
