“The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly! The only issue is that they filled the conditioner bottle with baby wash… no big deal!”

“The breakfast buffet was decent enough with hot food prepared and continuously pulled out more food. There was ice on my floor which was nice for the hot weather. The gym had enough. There were also available laundry facilities. There were a lot of light fixtures and outlets. Great for our one night stay in comfort and coolness.”

“The walls in the room and bathroom were dirty. Two of the pillowcases were dirty so I asked for clean ones. One of the replacements was yellow so I didn’t use it. The staff was very nice The area is safe and quite.”

“I liked the location. I didn't like the strong acid odor that started coming into my room my second week there. There was one front desk clerk very helpful. The parking was good. I did have a charge to my account after I checked in. The charge was done on a Sunday. No one would explain why? I had to ask for toilet paper and the General Manager acted as if I had insulted her for asking. The staff handling the breakfast bar and coffee bar was very helpful and kind.”

“This is not a hotel. It's a motel. I chose a handicap accessible room, because I wanted as many safety rails as possible in the bathroom. (i'm in my 70's and have cancer and other health issues.) (This was a one night stay) The room wasn't very clean. The soap scum in the tub/shower was bad. But the worst thing was that at 9:15 pm my smoke alarm went off. (there was absolutely no smoke, and I have never smoked in my life) It would not go off. I thought the motel must be on fire...

“We stayed here for the Ella Langley concert in Salem. It was perfect! The lofts are beautifully renovated. We had a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It was very clean and felt safe. Parking was free. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My stay at the Holiday Inn on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA was excellent from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. The staff went above and beyond by checking in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the added security. The elevators required a room key for access, which made me feel safe knowing only registered guests could access the guest floors. Great complimentary breakfast!! The...

“Room was excellent, staff was ok, breakfast was not partaken . The construction was not posted online and difficult to navigate. The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination.”
