“The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. ”
