“The most horrible hotel and the worst experience booking through Expedia, the staff do not understand English, they hang up on you, tell you that they don’t have the confirmation and ask you to pay again. Please don’t pick this place”

Grand and found it did not have sufficient ameneties in the room and booked at Vivanta for the second night of our stay in Mangalore. Really happy we made the switch! “muffa nel corridoio e nella tenda della doccia, la vasca ha perso lo smalto ed è arrugginita, la pulizia sommaria. La stanza era rumorosissima al punto da non farci dormire (eravamo al 7 piano). Siamo stati svegliati dalla reception che ci ha chiesto perchè non avessimo fatto colazione (erano le 9 e 15 e la colazione chiude alle 10.30!!!!) da dimenticare, caro e deludente!”
