“Centrally located, staff were excellent.Did not have any meals so I cannot comment on that. Property was clean. What you pay is what you get . Showers should have just a curtain so the toilets are hot wet all the time.”

“Great location with easy accessibility to the city centre, forum fiza mall, beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Staff were excellent with their attention to minute details and above and beyond customer service skills, especially would love to mention ms. Lady Helena at the front desk support and prompt services provided by the room service and restaurant dinning staff. Rooms were clean, cozy well equipped with all the toiletries provided. ”

“Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving.”

“muffa nel corridoio e nella tenda della doccia, la vasca ha perso lo smalto ed è arrugginita, la pulizia sommaria. La stanza era rumorosissima al punto da non farci dormire (eravamo al 7 piano). Siamo stati svegliati dalla reception che ci ha chiesto perchè non avessimo fatto colazione (erano le 9 e 15 e la colazione chiude alle 10.30!!!!) da dimenticare, caro e deludente!”
