“Un excellent hôtel, le meilleur lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan : j'ai regretté n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, avec un joli balcon. L'emplacement est top, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc central. Le personnel est très serviable et parle plusieurs langues. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif, varié, avec des options locales et saines et un personnel au service efficace et avenant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bravo à toutes...

“Номер без окна и внутри здания - таких примерно половина, как мне показалось. Всю площадь номера занимает кровать. Ванная комната ок, с душевым поддоном, есть шампунь и гель для душа, зубной набор. ”

“Комната небольшая, не то 8, не то 10 кв.м. Есть жидкое мыло и диспенсер с гелем для душа в ванной. Кровать жестковата, матрас тонкий. Холодильник есть, надо включать. ТВ с ВК видео. ”
