“Lovely little place. Very small so if you’re looking for a big hotel with lots of facilities it won’t be for you. But the room was great, big, good air con, comfortable bed etc. and very nice people, reasonably priced food and drink etc. overall for the price I was very much surprised on the upside and would definitely recommend. However some rooms are quite small so I’d recommend paying a tiny bit extra for one of the bigger rooms if they’re available. We had room 10 and it was lovely.”

Resort staff and manager were super friendly and sorted a couple of our trips outside the property. Trip to Oslob went well with total round trip 6am to 1pm and no wait in any queue to see those wonderful whale sharks. Another day trip to the Baslay hotsprings we did by scooter, what fun! “What a great place to be, owners Zoe and Tim have made a very comfortable resort, are very hospitable , welcoming and when I had a drama with delayed flights, we’re so helpful in changing things when needed. They also have an amazing group of staff working for them-the best! They handled all my snorkelling tours which where brilliant -and Bodek my snorkelling guide, also excellent. “The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall. Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money. Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete. ”

“Rovira Suites is the best place to stay in Dumaguete. No competitor has really put together the same level of products and services. From tooth brushes you'd actually not mind taking home, to soft pillows that don't leave you with a sore neck, they've got it all down correctly. A suggestion I would offer to the management is being a bit more prompt on cleaning up what the customers leave behind would help greatly to maintain the brand.”

“Overall, I am happy with the place. I stayed in room 203. The king size bed was comfy. The room is so spacious but my only issue is the toilet. The space between the toilet bowl and the wall is so small that it would be a problem for tall people. Breakfast choices are ok. Staff in general are so nice and helpful. The location is ok but you will definitely need a car. We brought a car but am sure the hotel can arrange transportation. ”

“This place was great. We enjoyed the staff, they were so helpful with everything. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The place is a little far but once you get there it’s greatly appreciated. It sits right on the ocean and the view is spectacular!!! They rent motorbikes so it’s easy to get around and visit waterfalls. The rooms are a great size and very clean. I recommend this place to any traveller!”
