“Breakfast fruit was always rotten, milk was spoiled several times. Staff lied to me repeatedly and was exceptionally rude. Room was constantly dirty, had trouble getting fresh linens. People were repeatedly in my room during the day and I received no service on those days. One day returned to find my bed messed up and lights in the bathroom were still on. ”

“The first thing you notice when you walk into the lobby is the smell. The man who checked us in was on his cell phone having a conversation the whole time. The room was dirty, the shower had black mold on the floor and along the grout. The AC unit was covered in dust. The pool was freezing and did not seem well maintained. On our second night, around 8pm, another couple walked opened our door and walked into our room saying they were assigned that room. Our key cards were turned off around...
