“La prestation correspond au prix, il n’y a pas de surprise. L’hôtel est bien situé dans un renfoncement à l’abri du bruit, c’est très appréciable ”

“The rooms are large with classical solid furniture and in good condition although the TV reception was abysmal. The pool is dated and not ideally located but a welcome feature of the hotel. It was difficult to arrange pool towels and the hotel was almost empty most of the time. It is located in a quiet and peaceful part of town next to a small public park and close to the river and night market. ”

“The shower had black mould. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. There was no safe. Sometimes the towels had stains. The breakfast was limited to eggs, sausages, OJ and coffee/tea every day. The eggs were always cold. They loaded the linen daily through the reception parst the eating area. Nothing about this hotel indicates they think about the customer experience. ”
