“We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. “The rooms were very clean. The housekeepers were very nice the front desk people were very nice.. our icebox didn’t work in the room and they replaced it right away. But it does not have a continental breakfast. They serve scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes and soup which my step kids would not eat and My Husband is allergic to eggs. “We travel to council bluff a few times a a year. We feel lucky to have discovered the Bridge Pointe Inn. We know what to expect when we come in. Helpful staff (thank you Stephanie) clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location right off the highway.”

“Very clean and great breakfast. Room was already cold walking in. Some hotels are hot when you arrive and takes forever to cool down when AC is turned on. The hotel is placed in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and Walmart was close by. Excellent stay”

“Clean and convenient location. Room was a good size (queen with wet bar). Curtains were NOT blackout. Lots of light comes through. Loose tiles in the bathroom and laundry room (maintenance needed). Laundry was convenient. Breakfast was nice!”
