“I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast”

“Spent 1 night. Room was clean. Staff was polite. ”

“I’m not a person who normally reviews but this place is not good. Bad smell, dirty and in disrepair. ”

“I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! ”

“Yes, A/C was effective. Shopping closeby (walking distance) but did not have time...only an overnight stay. Everything was great except that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (needed to be on the road by 8AM) and no one answered the phone to help you. But, main problem with that was the key card was already deactivated before 8AM, which made it impossible to re-enter, unless someone let you in, so you can slide the keycard under the door of the room you stayed in. No instructions on how/where...

“No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. ”

“The room was filthy, smelled horrible. Shower was broken, parts of the faucet in the tub just laying on the floor. Maintenance thankfully came and fixed it. That was the only positive. Phone was broken, moldy windows. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here. ”

“The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably and relax. ”

“No real breakfast but cooking facilities in room. Parking easy and staff helpful”

“The sink in bathroom will get full with water and clogged it would drain little by little. The lobby being remodeled property smelled bad would not recommend. Not at this time maybe if they remodeled but needs allot of work. ”
