Hotel vicino a Silver Lake Park - Erlanger

“The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too.”

“There is no one at the front desk. There's not really a front desk. During normal business hours, there was very often a sign on the door saying they "stepped out" and had a phone number to call. Outside of business hours, the place was completely unstaffed. I did not feel safe there. The 1st night, I had to take my dog outside around 2:15am. After we walked outside, a man appeared inside, directly in front of the door. I never heard a hotel door open or close. He was acting very suspicious....

“Very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should. No funny smells. The breakfast was better than most and was well stocked. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The property, overall, was very attractive and seemed to be well maintained.”

“I didn’t even get to stay there what a loss of money”

“The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Filthy property. Everyone except the sheets and towels is dirty. Do not stay here. Room smells of mold and the bathtub does not drain. Just awful. If you are used to the Quality Inn you brand will be very disappointed.”

“Called us and said we didn't have a reservation and told us to get out, we went down to desk and showed them the receipt of purchase.they found the reservation for our stay.”

“This place needs upgrading. The carpet in our room felt sticky, and the refrigerator door had rust spots. The carpet and floors outside the room looked worn out and dirty. The door from our room broke off its hinge as we left to check out. They have coffee, oatmeal packets, and other grab-and-go items in the morning across from the front desk. There was a small sign on the kitchenette countertop stating that kitchen items are available at the front desk. They provide one small packet of dish...

“Always a great stay for my family. We like staying here when we attend reds games.”

“Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)”
