“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Amazing hotel”

“Im visiting from california my boyfriends check in was quick and easy. A night before leaving around 9pm the water stopped working and there no front desk staff to report to. I had an early flight tuesday morning i couldn’t wait all night ended up not being able to shower before leaving. The water was brown in the toilet and shower. Very uncomfortable stay.”

“Breakfast was terrible. Hot tub was not working. Lady at the reception when checking out (7/20/22 morning) was lazy ant not helpful, while the lady at the check-in (7/18/22 evening) was nice.”

“The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.”

“Older facility, one small (and slightly sketchy) elevator. Standard pre-fab breakfast, although the breakfast potatoes came out hot; otherwise, the usual "cheese omelette" made in a facility far, far away. Attached restaurant was serviceable, though it closed very early (9:30 on a Saturday night?). I would say it was little value for the money ,but since everything else is also way overpriced, I guess this is mid range. Highly recommend Surf restaurant in the complex across the street.”

“Nice hotel, however a few notes in regard the professionalism of the staff, front desk agent missed to inform the hours of the breakfast that apparently was closed 1 hour before indicated time in the website, as well at the check in she lucked to mention where the elevators were, Sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were very thin, the sink in the bathroom needs a better scrubbing. I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances.”

“Microwave and fridge outside my room unplugged I get renovation are in progress but why not say that on website only find out after checking into the room and no refunds even if you didn't create that issue.”

“No greeting when entered, no good mornings or have a great day. Really odd. I suggest that management should review the videos and address these easy fixes. ”

“Friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout. Property is close to public restaurants and shopping malls. Very clean and welcoming environment. Very satisfied with facility and recommend it to visitors.”
