“The room was clean and comfortable, but the first morning, we didn't have any hot water. It was warm, but it wasn't hot. The next morning, the water was hot though. The room was pretty quiet, and the parking was fine. It was a little busy but there were plenty of spots. I would stay again.The staff was really friendly and offered a late xheck out which really helped. ”

“Host turned out to be an AI assistant which was fine for getting information prior to arrival but limited dealing with issues while in residence (it took 9 days for a maintenance man to come fix a small leak in the kitchen sink). Amenities were generally good, but for a 3-week stay kitchenware for cooking was limited (e.g., no bowls, baking dishes, or serving plates). No light over the dining table. “Used a taxi from BWI- hotel property about 25 minutes from BWI airport. Easy drive a local friend took me back to airport. The rooms are very clean, no strange odor. Comfy bed, shower gel ,lotions and shampoo in shower. King bed room- refrigerator in room. Nice large TV to get am news and weather.
