“The room was only average in terms of cleanliness. There was dirt on the bedsheet when we arrived. The staff also gave us several incorrect pieces of information, including the wrong Wi-Fi password and even the wrong room. We had booked a king room, but were given a room with two double beds instead. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff told us there was nothing they could do. It was only after the guests who had actually been assigned that room arrived that the staff acknowledged the...

“The staff was helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.”

“Very old building, not kept clean or kept up. Had stairs all torn out to replace, supposedly, but debris everywhere. Didn't want to use bathroom as it was not very clean. Toilet didn't work well, shower didn't drain well. Room was just barely enough to sleep in. Breakfast was decent and brightly lit. Staff was a very young woman who acted like it was hassle when toilet and shower issues were brought up but did call the janitor to come take a look. Would never stay again.”
