“New hotel not much to say everything is nice and clean and quiet staff all was friendly, breakfast is always good and planty for everyone. . Getting in and out the driveway is a real pain in the butt but over all 👍”

“Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.”

“This place has what counts. I booked this stay for our visits to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter (2 bedrooms w/ 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 4 older kids). Staff: manager Crystal was quick and helpful when I needed to make a change to my booking, (as a result of my own error - Expedia was helpful too). Sephora is also a manager and was extremely helpful upon check in, she was able to quickly provide us with a joined room, which was perfect for the 6 of us! Sephora put out fresh baked...

“Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. ”
