“Bela struttura nel parco nazionale, peccato che non sia stato possibile godere dello spettacolo della natura in quanto la nostra stanza al piano terra (con vista parcheggio) era a ridosso della strada così abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre le tende chiuse, ottima la colazione”

“The family rooms more like an apartment were excellent. Everything you needed in the room including dvds for the kids. The host was brilliant and locals in the bar were welcoming. The location and setting lovely. Would recommend to stopping here”

“The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. The occasion was a large family reunion, and the restaurant served us all with a good simple dinner in an efficient and timely way. Service was excellent. “The main thing to be said about our stay at the poltimore is that the staff really couldnt do enough for you. So attentive and lovely. The room was clean, spacious and had a stunning view of the countryside. The water sometimes ran brown, but this is probably the only negative comment to be said. Food has always been very nice here. We happily stay here again. ”

We had a wonderful stay; this little gem is tucked away on a quiet hillside spot, with breathtaking views of the coast and on the doorstep of lovely walks, and just a few minutes walk to the towns of Lynton & Lynmouth. Our room was lovely; warm, clean and spacious, a pretty and comfortable bed, soft bedding and nice pillows with a great sea view.
