“The Starbucks was closed when we checked in at 3 and the rest of the night on a Saturday which I thought was crazy. Then the pool was clean and lit up and when I asked what time it closes she said it’s not open yet. The pull out couch wasn’t made up. There wasn’t even a top sheet over the mattress. I had to call down for sheets and comforter for it even though upon checking in I let them know I needed a room with a pull out couch. For such an expensive hotel room. I thought I would have at least...

“I booked through Expedia my total cost was $343.36 I was charged $405.48 then another charge of $443.36 total of over $800 for a two night stay. I have called Embassy Suited and different phone numbers all have given me the run around for better billing. Thid is unprofessional and abuse of billing! ”

“Clean room and linens, but did need to clean floors. Had some issues with disruptive guest next to me, but management handled the problem. Laundry machines are very affordable. Parking is well lit. ”

“We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta”
