“Very friendly staff and clean rooms, very accommodating for myself and my family”

“ there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast”

“ Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. ”

“First night, our fridge didn't work. Our sheets wete dirty and ripped. They didn't do our rooms until I had to go downstairs and asked. We had little kids so obviously it was hard to keep them quiet and still. We were told to be quiet or we would need to leave. 1st of all they placed us on 3rd floor. Which they knew in advance we had kids ages 1 and 5. We were not the only ones who had kids and or pets. And we never complained because as parents we know its hard to keep kids still or not make...

“Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season.”

“This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! Her husband, Carl even let me take some of the empanadas home since some of the guests didn’t come down for breakfast that morning. Overall highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!”

“Although the hotel was obviously under renovation, it was clean, quiet, and very very pleasant. We, unexpectedly, were arriving earlier than check-in. So I called the hotel and spoke with Victoria and she was so accommodating. She made sure that we were able to check in early. The room was beautiful! The pool was beautiful and clean with plenty of towels stocked. We would definitely stay again while visiting Holland!”

“No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Coffee only and starts at 9 a.m. Need it earlier than that. Also, no internet and TV might have been affected by it. Only one channel available. Otherwise, it is a very cute and clean property. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Close to everything, a pleasant walk to Saugatuck. We would stay again. Maybe a commercial prewrapped muffin placed in the room as a breakfast offering. Coffee service at 8?”

“All went well. carpet in the room at the main door and bathroom door was freyed and loose. Also tile in bathroom was broken down behind the door. workmanship in bathroom tile was bad. Everything else was fine. Jim Keller 105”

“The room was clean and had nice linens. My only complaint is that the “trend” of soap in an attached tube in the shower wall is a failure. My husband and I had to BOTH shower with a postage sized bar of soap for two nights, as nothing would come out of the “tube”. So bring your own bath soap if you visit this hotel! ”
